LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a facilitation methodology developed by The Lego Group, in which participants are guided through a process of reflection, creation, and proposal of strategies, business scenarios, and challenges, which are then built into three-dimensional models using LEGO® bricks. It is a widely used methodology for solving complex problems in innovative ways. It also contributes to the development of creativity, communication, and teamwork among participating groups.
